    Perfect little diner in the Boomtown Casino. All the decor you would expect in a Mel's diner and fantastic service. You can check in on the wait-list, then gamble while you wait for your table. We had a tuna melt, French dip, and chicken fingers. Everyone loved their food, and it came out fast. Sam was our server and she was super sweet.

    Service was excellent. ambiance nostalgic - so many views of the past in their decor, really took me back. Food was a bit better than ok. I had been to a different location years ago and loved their chicken fried steak but at this location it was just ok.

    I recently came to Mel's Diner to celebrate my 25th birthday for breakfast. For the food, I got the Ham Steak & Eggs special for $9.99. It was super filling and affordable. Cynthia was my server and she was a joy. She even sang Happy Birthday to me in a very memorable way. I appreciate that so much. Finally, I was given free ice cream towards the end. My day was starting off right, thanks to Mel's!
